We swim right through the year the pool is indoor and heated the account will stay active until we receive cancelation email

We are open during school holidays. If your child is not at school, you will need to bring your child yourself. We do not give credit on accounts or catch-up lessons for holiday lessons missed.

CATCH-UP LESSONS: catch-up lessons will only be provided if your account is paid up to date. There will be a fee payable of
R100 for each catch-up lesson (this needs to be paid before the catch-up lesson). No fee will be charged with proof of a
doctor’s letter. NO catch-up lessons for public holidays, NO catch-up lessons for thunder and lightning. Catch-up lessons
cannot be carried over to a new term. NO catch-up lesson, if you missed your catch-up lesson

No reduction or credit in fees for non-attendance due to ANY reason.

There are no lessons on Public Holidays and in thunder weather (No catch-up lessons for these circumstances)

Accounts CANNOT be placed on hold for ANY reason.

Lessons run strictly in accordance with lesson times as agreed on by Swimrite and the client. Lessons can unfortunately
not be extended beyond specified times for late comers.

Only pupils who are registered with Swimrite Polokwane are permitted use of the pool and only during their specified times.

Parents are to ensure that their students do not enter the pool before requested to do so by their coach and that they leave
the pool immediately when dismissed by the coach. (NOT APPLICABLE FOR SCHOOL COLLECTIONS).

Swimrite is not responsible for any claims regarding family or friends not registered with Swimrite Swimming Polokwane that
are within the vicinity of the pool during lessons

The swimmers must have a swimming cap and goggles on when entering the pool (does not apply for babies up to 2 years)

No photos or videos are allowed to be taken in the swimming pool area

Swimrite does not take any responsibility for any clothes that go missing. Please ensure that all clothes and articles are marked properly

Price rates exclude Annual Registration of R300.00. This fee is payable every year.
FULL payments must be made within the first 7 days of Submission. Penalty fees will be added for late payments.
For every 10 minutes you are late to come and pick up your child a R100 penalty fee will be added to your account.

ONE (1) PAID CALENDAR MONTHS WRITTEN NOTICE to Terminate your contract. Notice must be given between the 1st and 3rd of a service month, to ensure full months’ notice.
This contract can and will only be Terminated with WRITTEN NOTICE, therefore there are no expiry date, nor does it end at the end of each term or year.

INDEMNITY FORM
I fully understand that the programmes of SWIMRITE SWIMMING require vigorous physical activity, hereby represent and acknowledge that my child/student
condition permits him/her/myself to participate in the SWIMRITE SWIMMING PROGRAMME. I further acknowledge that I have been advise that at any time my child or
I(adult swimmer) is having physical difficulty, I will immediately inform the coach and will automatically be excused from the lesson. I have volunteered to participate
in the programme and accept the responsibility. I understand that the possibility of exercise injuries or disorders does exist, and I acknowledge and accept those risks.
I further realise that my child will not be accepted for participation in the programme if the Swimrite Swimming instructor know of any reason why his/her
participation would be dangerous to his/her or others health.
I also realise and discharge on behalf of myself, my heirs, assigns and successor in interest, all officers, agents and employees and other representatives of the Swimrite
Swimming Programme and its insurers, from any and all claims, damages, demands and liabilities arising out of or in any way related to participation in the Swimrite
Swimming Programme and the use of any of its exercises, procedures or other results attained therefor.
(ONLY APPLICABLE FOR SCHOOL COLLECTIONS). I, the applicant, herby give express permission that my child/children can be picked up and drop off at mentioned
school for Swimrite Lessons as arranged. This is a legal agreement that relieves Swimrite Swimming School from any claims, damages, demands and liabilities directly
or indirectly. All rights reserved.
I, the undersigned, have read and accept these Terms, Conditions and Indemnity Form.

Babies (6 months till 2 years old) swim once a week for 30min. Scholar's/Kids (2years till 17 years) swim 40min per week. Adults (18 years and above) swim an hour per week.

Fees are as follows: R850 per month for BABIES and afternoon lessons, R900 per month for Scholars/school collections and R950 per month for ADULTS

For any account still outstanding after the 7th of each month a R100 penelty fee will be added to your account

Payments will need to be made upfront, before the 7th of each month. For any payments made after the 7th of each month a penalty fee will be added to your account in the amount of R100 per month.

Fees will increase with R50 per year
